When Treasury Infrastructure Works Better: Why Goldman’s FTIXX on Lynq Matters

What We’re Doing

Lynq is expanding its institutional offering this week with the addition of Goldman Sachs Financial Square Treasury Instruments Fund (FTIXX), available through a distribution partnership with Goldman Sachs Asset Management and tZERO Securities. This marks Lynq’s evolution as a multi-asset settlement and collateral platform, not just for tokenized assets, but for institutional-grade traditional products. For treasury teams, this opens new use cases: real-time cash mobilization, collateral efficiency, and unified workflows across traditional and digital assets in a single integrated system.

Why This Matters

FTIXX on Lynq represents something deeper than a fund listing: the convergence of traditional finance and digital infrastructure.

Lynq becomes a second asset class on the platform, demonstrating that the network’s value isn’t just about settlement – Lynq is laying the foundation for  collateral and treasury management use cases. This is the second major institutional product available on the network, expanding the range of use cases available to treasury teams.

This was no simple task.  The integration to Goldman Sachs’ Mosaic system is the enabling piece.  By integrating with Mosaic, tZERO Broker Dealer has direct connectivity to Goldman Sachs enabling qualified clients on Lynq access to this treasury and collateral management assets in addition to the Arca Institutional US Treasury Fund on one platform, eliminating middleware and friction.

The practical implications: lower operational complexity and better yield capture for institutional investors managing billions in daily flows.

About FTIXX

Goldman Sachs Financial Square Treasury Instruments Fund is a $100+ billion money market fund invested exclusively in U.S. Treasury securities. With a 0.20% expense ratio and AAAm/Aaa-mf ratings, it’s designed for conservative capital preservation while generating current income, yielding approximately 3.82% in the current environment (FTIXX August 2026 Fact Card).

Access is limited to U.S. qualified purchasers and accredited investors only, subject to regulatory compliance and account setup requirements. This is institutional-grade infrastructure: not retail, not casual, built for the treasury teams and asset allocators who manage significant capital.

The Convergence

This is infrastructure meeting established finance. FTIXX isn’t being reinvented, it’s the same institutional money market fund Goldman has managed for decades. Now, Lynq’s clients can access this traditional asset frictionlessly through Lynq.

Lynq is available to U.S. qualified purchasers and accredited investors, subject to regulatory requirements and account setup. FTIXX distribution facilitated by tZERO Securities, LLC (SEC-registered broker-dealer, FINRA/SIPC member).
